Hanna (she/her) is a dedicated psychotherapist committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can explore, heal, and thrive. She specializes in treating disordered eating, OCD, complex trauma, and works extensively with the kink/queer/polyamorous community. Hanna integrates person-centered and eclectic therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She upholds the belief in the inherent worth and dignity of all bodies, advocating for Health at Every Size (HAES) principles to navigate disordered eating and promote holistic well-being. With empathy and empowerment at the core of her practice, Hanna guides clients on journeys of personal growth, helping them navigate identity complexities and improve relationship dynamics. Through a trauma-informed lens, she tailors interventions to meet individual needs, fostering resilience and self-compassion.
